Relating to amending certain Acts relating to the regulation of the practice of pharmacy, prescribing certain powers and duties of the State Board of Pharmacy, making certain provisions relating to permits issued by the State Board of Pharmacy for the operation of a retail pharmacy, drug store, dispensary, or apothecary shop, prescribing fees relating thereto.
