Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide that the Auditor shall be an Independent Certified Public Accountant, duly licensed within the State of Texas; providing that a copy of said report shall be filed with the District Clerk and a copy of said report shall be filed with the State Auditor; increasing the sum and amount said Auditor shall be entitled to receive for his services.
