Relating to prohibiting any person, firm, corporation or association charged with a violation of the anti-trust laws of this state from bidding on contracts with or contracting with the state; prohibiting the Board of Control or any other state department or agency from accepting bids from or contracting with such person, firm, corporation or association; making all contracts in violation of this Act void; making the Act cumulative but controlling.
