SB 188, 54th R.S.
Relating to validating, ratifying and confirming bonds for construction of an auditorium and necessary equipment and facilities including parking facilities and necessary equipment heretofore authorized and any and all acts and proceedings in connection with authorizing such bonds by any incorporated city, including home-rule cities, and validating, ratifying and confirming the pledging the revenues of the auditorium, coliseum, and the facilities and parking facilities in connection with both, including future extensions, additions, replacements and improvements to both, and further pledging other revenues to be derived from parking meters and certain swimming pools in the city; providing this Act shall take precedence over other laws or parts thereof in conflict herewith; providing a savings clause.
