Proposing an amendment to Article XVI of the Constitution of the State of Texas by adding thereto another section requiring the Legislature to provide a method of procedure for removing any elective state officer by a recall election; providing for the submission of the proposed amendment to the qualified electorate; and providing for proclamation and publication by the Governor.
