Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of Texas Technological College at Lubbock, Texas, to select and lease a tract or tracts of land upon the campus of said college to the campus Fraternities and/or Sororities for the purpose of erecting thereon housing suitable for use by the campus Fraternities and/or Sororities; providing terms of such lease contract; and authorizing the Board of Directors of said college to select and set aside a tract or tracts suitable for housing; authorizing said Board of Directors of said college to permit the Fraternities and Sororities, ingress upon said campus and egress therefrom for the purpose of going to and from such housing areas or area.
