Relating to amending the Insurance Code by providing that the Board of Insurance Commissioners prescribe minimum rates for future individual life insurance policies issued by mutual assessment companies and associations after first giving to all mutual assessment companies or associations notice thereof and holding a hearing theron; providing for appeal of any such rate prescribed; not otherwise amending such present law.
