Relating to establishing a new section to the pink bollworm law as now embodied in the Penal Code of Texas, authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to establish a Ten Dollar per bale surety from each cotton grower in the State of Texas, conditioned upon the good faith performance of the requirements of this Act, and in furtherance of the Commissioner's enforcement thereof; providing for the standard to be required of such bond; authorizing the Commissioner to supervise the method of selection of a depository for the funds received under the provisions of this Act; providing for appropriate forfeiture; providing for supplemental rules and regulations by the Commissioner; providing that this Act shall be cumulative of all other laws; providing for a severability clause.
