Relating to regulating, conserving and protecting the wildlife of all counties affected by the Tidal Waters of this State; providing for the creation of a Salt Water Wildlife District for the conservation of game, fish and other wildlife species and shell and mudshell in said District; providing for transfer of statutory authority to the Salt Water Conservation Commission; providing for the appointment of the members of the Commission and fixing their terms of office and their qualifications.
