Relating to amending the Penal Code by re-defining the offense of "Procuring" and making punishment therefor, a fine or imprisonment in the County jail or the female a competent witness to testify for or against the accused, notwithstanding the existence of the marriage relation, providing that the testimony so given shall not be used against any female in any criminal action, and further declaring an emergency and providing that the accused may be convicted under the uncorroborated testimony of an accomplice.
