Relating to providing that in each county in this State having a population of six hundred thousand (600,000) inhabitants or more according to the last preceding Federal Census the Commissioners Court may furnish the constables and/or deputy constables thereof two-way radios to be used in connection with the performance of their official duties regardless of whether the constables and/or deputy constables drive county vehicles or their own personal vehicles.
