Relating to amending certain Statutes to provide a lien in favor of hotels, boarding houses, rooming houses, inns, tourist courts, and motel on guests' properties for all sums due from such guests; providing for retention of possession of such properties; providing for exemption from attachment and execution during such retention of possession.
