Relating to establishing as a permanent District Court the Special Criminal District Court of Dallas County, heretofore established as a temporary District Court, to be known as the Criminal District Court No. 3 of Dallas County; describing the terms and jurisdiction of the Criminal District Court No. 3 of Dallas County; adjusting the terms, jurisdiction and business of the District Courts of Dallas Count; making necessary appropriations; providing for severability clause; repealing conflicting laws.
