Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing for the fingerprinting of all persons convicted of driving an automobile or other motor vehicle while intoxicated upon the public highways in this State; providing that the Sheriff of the county of conviction shall forward the fingerprints and other information to the Department of Public Safety; providing a penalty for Sheriffs who do not comply with this Act.
