Relating to authorizing the creation of the Office of County Purchasing Agent in all counties in this State having a population of not less than sixty thousand (60,000) inhabitants and not more than one hundred thousand (100,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, and having a tax valuation of not less than Forty-five Million Dollars ($45,000,000.00) and not more than Eighty Million Dollars ($80,000,00.00); prescribing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
