Relating to amending certain acts by providing for the retirement of commissioners, judges, and justices of appellate courts and judges of district courts and criminal district courts of this State so as to require commissioners, judges and justices of appellate courts and judges of district and criminal district courts who have reached retirement age and are otherwise eligible for retirement, to retire within thirty (30) days after the effective date of this act.
