Relating to amending certain acts by transferring the control and management of the Texas School for the Deaf from the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools to the State Board of Education; providing for the transfer of all powers and duties heretofore vested in the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools pertaining to the affairs of the Texas School for the Deaf to the State Board of Education; providing for the appointment of the Superintendent of the Texas School for the Deaf by the State Board of Education.
