Proposing an Amendment providing for assistance to citizens of Texas who are residents of the State of Texas and who are needy aged persons over the age of sixty-five (65) years, needy blind persons over the age of sixteen (16) years, and on behalf of needy children under the age of sixteen (16) years; limiting the maximum payment of Old Age Assistance to a needy individual to Twenty-Five ($25) Dollars per month from State Funds; providing for the acceptance of financial aid from the Government of the United States for such assistance.
