Relating to authorizing governing bodies of cities, towns and villages to purchase real property and improvements thereon for municipal purposes from the Federal government when offered for sale; validating all actions and negotiations of governing bodies of cities, towns and villages prior to the effective date of this act relating to the purchase of real property from the Federal government; authorizing said governing bodies to sell and convey property so acquired when no longer needed for the purpose or purposes no longer exist.
