Relating to granting and conveying to the County of Nueces, State of Texas, all right, title, and interest of the State of Texas to a strip of land across Laguna Madre now occupied by and adjacent to the right of way and necessary to an efficient and economical operation and maintenance of the Laguna Madre Causeway, and to protect the public use and enjoyment thereof, and providing for the issuance of a patent therefor, reserving all minerals unto the State of Texas in and under said land.
