Relating to granting the consent of the State of Texas to the acquisition by the United States of land in the State needed for programs and works of improvement in the interest of soil and water conservation and flood control; providing that this Act shall apply only to that portion of the Colorado River watershed and its tributaries from the mouth of the Concho river to and including the San Saba River and lying within Taylor, Callahan, Eastland, Comanche, Mills, Brown, Coleman, Runnels, Concho, McCulloch, Menard, Schleicher, Sutton, Kimble, Mason, and San Saba Counties.
