Relating to amending certain acts relating to the County Judges authorizing a stenographer or clerk in any county having a population of not more than ten thousand, one hundred (10,100) and not less than ten thousand and fifty (10,050) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census of 1950; regulating the salary of the same; providing for payment of salary; providing for removal.
