Relating to amending Article 3959, Title 63, of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas of 1925, as amended by House Bill No, 716, Chapter 401 of Acts, Forty-seventh Legislature, Regular Session, 1941, so as to provide for fire escapes for certain schoolhouses of two (2) or more stories in height, defining "story" for purposes of schoolhouse provisions of Act.
