Relating to making an appropriation out of the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas to the Agricultural and Mechanical College (the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station System) for the benefit of Sub-Station No. 15-Weslaco, Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars for the next biennium beginning September 1, 1949, and ending August 31, 1951, for continued research and personnel to restore irrigation soils.
