Proposing an amendment to Article 5 of the Constitution of the State of Texas by adding a section thereto to be known as Section 30 providing for the service of women on juries and for the enactment of necessary legislation; providing for the issuance of the necessary proclamation and publication by the Governor, and making an appropriation.
