Relating to appropriating the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300) to satisfy and pay, according to terms thereof, that certain judgment rendered against the State of Texas in favor of Thomas H. Fort, in case number 33227-A, in the 96th Judicial Court, of Tarrant County, Texas, and said judgment having become final and no appeal prosecuted therefrom.
