Relating to authorizing the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station of Texas A. & M. College Station to transfer the Field Laboratory For Agricultural Research from Bexar County to Main Station at College Station, Texas, and to sell the State property including the ten (10) acres of land, buildings, and improvements thereon and to use the proceeds for re-establishing the Laboratory at College Station.
