Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for clearance and redevelopment of blighted areas in accordance with redevelopment plan; providing that, if any provisions of this Act is held invalid, the remainder of the Act, other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby; providing that insofar as the provisions of this Act are inconsistent with the provisions of any other, this Act shall control.
