SB 179, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by providing that when, pending the trial of any criminal case for a felony in the District Court, one or more jurors not exceeding three, may die or be disabled from one sitting for any cause, the remainder of the jury shall have the power and duty to render the verdict; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith; providing a saving clause.
