Relating to appropriating the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the Texas State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, for stationery, postage, printing, freight, express and drayage, telephone, telegraph, equipment, supplies and maintenance of equipment and office rent for the remainder of the current fiscal year ending August 31, 1947.
