Relating to amending a previous Act, to make adequate provision for the employment and compensation of assistants and employees by the District Attorney or Criminal District Attorney in certain counties; and providing further for the employment and compensation of additional assistants and employees by the District Attorney or Criminal District Attorney by and with the advise and consent of the Commissioners' Court in certain counties; declaring the provisions hereof to be severable.
