Relating to levying an occupation, license or privilege tax in addition to all other taxes now levied in this State upon gathering gas; providing certain penalties; providing that if any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, the decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Act, and that the same shall be and remain in full force and effect; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
