HB 439, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, by adding a provision requiring the Board of Pharmacy to issue a license to practice pharmacy in this state to persons who have been registered in some other State or Territory for a period of not less than six years immediately prior to the effective date of this act; providing that such person's license is in good standing and that such person is of good moral character, and providing that such other Board in its examinations required the same general degree of fitness required by this State.
