Relating to amending certain Statutes to eliminate the requirement that candidates for presidential electors shall have their names printed on the ticket, and to provide in lieu thereof that the names of the candidates for President and Vice-President, respectively, of the Political Parties shall appear on the official ballot at the heads of their respective tickets.
