HB 853, 49th R.S.
Relating to making an appropriation of Three Hundred and Twelve Dollars ($312), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay a certain judgment rendered on April 23, 1945, in the 98th District Court of Travis County, Texas, in Cause Number 53,017 wherein Rudy Krisch, Junior, R.E. Lanham, and S.P. Walker were plaintiffs to whom prior permission had been granted to bring such suit by the Legislature of the State of Texas, and the State of Texas and the State Highway Commission of the State of Texas and the members of said Commission in their official capacities were defendants, for the principal sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300), said judgment providing that the unpaid Court costs should be paid by plaintiffs.
