Relating to amending certain Acts by authorizing the appointment and employment of a "Night Chief Deputy" in addition to the first assistant or chief deputy now authorized in the Sheriff's office in all counties having a population of three hundred and ninety-five (395,000) inhabitants or more, according to the last preceding Federal Census.
