Relating to repealing Senate Concurring Resolution No. 73, 43rd regular session, revoking the authority granted to such State Forester and Board of Directors of A&M College to approve the purchase of land for national forests in the State of Texas, and the authority of the State Park Board to approve the purchase of land for national parks in the State of Texas, and that no further rights to acquire property as provided for under said Senate Concurring Resolution shall exist.
