Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide express authority for the execution of deeds to convey property bought in by the State of Texas as Trustee for the use and benefit of itself and the other taxing units at tax foreclosure sales, as well as providing express authority for the execution of deeds by counties where property is bought in the name of the county as trustee for the use and benefit of itself and other taxing units in tax foreclosure sales.
