Relating to ordering and authorizing the State Board of Control to convey to the Board of Directors of the Agriculture and Mechanical College of Texas for the use of the State Agricultural Experimental Station Sweet Potato Laboratory at Gilner, Upshur County, Texas, approximately 81 acres of land, a part of the lands formerly used by the State Colored Orphans and reserving the mineral interest for the benefit of the Deaf, Dumb and Blind Asylum and Colored Orphans at Austin, Texas.
