Relating to appropriating and transferring, for the current fiscal year, to the Special Fund in the Treasury, known as the "Blind Assistance Fund" for the purpose of administering assistance to the blind as authorized by law, the sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) from the Clearance Fund established House Bill No. 8, Regular Session, Acts of the 47th Legislature, in addition to the Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000.00) authorized to be transferred from such Clearance Fund and appropriated by House Bill 499, Regular Session, Acts of the 48th Legislature, said amount to be provided on a basis of equal monthly installments.
