HB 603, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing that in and for Fayette County, Texas, there shall be imposed upon all male persons who do not reside in an incorporated city, town, or village the duty of working five (5) days of eight (8) hours efficient service on public roads each year, or the payment on or before May 1st or each year of the sum of Three Dollars ($3).
