Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for certain reports to be made by the executors and administrators of estates of decedents, and providing that the clerks of Probate and County Courts shall furnish certain information relating to estates of decedents to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, for the purpose of enabling him to determine the inheritance tax liability of such an estate.
