Relating to fixing the compensation and salaries of Constables and Justices of the Peace in all counties in this State having a population of not less than twenty-five thousand, seven hundred and fifty (25,750) and not more than twenty-six thousand (26,000), and containing a city having a population of not less than thirteen thousand (13,000) and not more than fourteen thousand (14,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, within the boundaries of which county is located a military camp; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict.
