Relating to making an emergency appropriation of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars for the relief of the Prairie Hill Independent School District of Limestone County, Texas, to aid said district in the rebuilding of their school building, which was totally destroyed by fire on November 11, 1938.
