HB 937, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that if any person shall enclose or shall remove the fence from the enclosure of any part thereof of any cemetery or burial ground with the purpose or intent to use such cemetery or burial ground for any other use or purpose he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail or by both such fine and imprisonment.
