Relating to granting to C.A. Gindratt and wife, their heirs and assigns, permission to bring suit against the State of Texas and the State Highway Department in the District Court of Leon County, Texas, for damages alleged to have been sustained to certain real property of the said C.A. Gindratt and wife, by reason of the construction of State Highway Number 75; providing that such suit may be filed within two (2) years after the effective date of this Act.
