Relating to granting W.J. Harris, of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas, permission to bring suit against the State of Texas and the State Highway Department in the District Court of Travis County, Texas, for damages to automobile and injuries to W.J. Harris; providing that such suit may be filed within two years after this Act takes effect.
