Relating to authorizing the State Forester under the general supervision of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College to cooperate and execute agreements with the Federal Forest Service, other Federal agencies and timberland owners, involving cooperative forest protection and development projects when such action is required by Federal Statute or policy.
