Relating to the salary to be paid the Deputy Clerk of the County Court of Jefferson County at Law; and providing for the salary to be paid the official shorthand reporter of said court; and providing that if any paragraph, clause, or sentence of this Act be held unconstitutional, the rest of the Act shall be held valid.
