Relating to establishing and maintaining an agricultural experiment station in the ninth Senatorial District of Texas, authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to select a suitable location for said station, and empowering said Board of Directors to establish and maintain the same, to accept donations of land, water, and money for the establishing of said station, and for the operation of same.
